KidsPoint is designed to help families encourage positive behavior through a points and rewards system. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected.
This information is linked to your account and used to provide app functionality. KidsPoint does not include advertising or cross-app advertising tracking. The server keeps technical records for notification delivery and troubleshooting.
KidsPoint uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information.
KidsPoint may use the following services:
Notification services receive the notification token and notification content. Account verification and password reset emails are sent through an email service. Communications take place over the internet; service providers process data under their own policies.
Account and family data is retained while the service is used. In a Parent account, open Settings → My Profile, enter your current password and confirm deletion of the family account. This removes the family's users, children, points, rewards, requests, notifications and profile photos associated with those records from the active system.
If you use a Child or another family member account, contact your parent or the support address below to request data correction or deletion. We may need to verify account ownership for requests received by email. Do not include your password in an email.
You can change notification permission in your device settings. Uploading a profile photo is optional; gallery access is used only to select a photo.
KidsPoint is intended for use under parental supervision. Parents manage child profiles and access for family members.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be published on this page.
